At Frayed Clothing, every item is printed or embroidered to order. This means your product is created especially for you, helping us reduce waste and support sustainable production. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, colour preference, or change of mind.

 

However, we want you to love what you wear. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert your support email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

● Returns must be authorised before being sent back.

● Items must be unworn and unwashed.

● Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the issue is verified.

● We’re not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
