All Frayed Clothing items are made to order. Once your order is placed, production begins and changes cannot be made.

Processing Time
All items are produced on demand. Fulfilment typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. During peak seasons or promotional periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after fulfilment:

● UK: 7–14 working days

● International: 10–21 working days

● Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, and courier delays.
 

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Updates & Tracking
A dispatch email will be sent once your order ships. Tracking information may be provided depending on the carrier service used.

Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us at support@frayedclothing.co.uk
within 7 days of receiving (or expected receipt) with your order number and details. We awill assist in resolving the issue.
